Control and Regulation Unit dynaSax-D3

Application

The control system dynaSax-D3 is designed to control complex experiments on individual and multi-channel servo-pneumatic or servo-hydraulic strength testing machines.

  • Modular design for single- and multi-channel system
  • Up to 16 control channels, each with up to four measurement variables
  • Optional control of servo-hydraulic and servo-pneumatic test cylinder, servo motor drives and temperature or climate chambers
  • Set point generation of test frequencies up to 100 Hz
  • Realizable curve functions: Sinus, oblong, triangle, trapeze, ramp, customized profiles
  • Generation of one-step and block programs as well as operating load tests
  • Control frequency with at least 8 kHz

Application

The digital control and measurement devices EDCi are used with electro-mechanical and servo-hydraulic testing rigs and machines.
